ROD-416 1/48 RAF S.E.5a British WW1 Fighter with Wolseley Viper Engine model kit
RAF S.E.5a was the best British fighter of World War I. Aircraft of later construction were equipped with the improved Wolseley Viper 200hp engine. Production began at the end of 1917. 25 squadrons of the Royal Flying Corps operated with the type. Some of the best known aces of the British Empire, including Mick Mannock, Billy Bishop and Andrew Beauchamp-Proctor flew this type.
