Space Budget of Russia-2004
In 2004, Rosaviakosmos would receive 23.1 billion Roubles, 54.5 per cents more than in 2003. Of these, 3.6 billion is for the lease of Baykonur, 3.0 billion for infrastructure support and spacecraft and launch vehicle acquisitions, 7.9 billion for R&D, 5.8 billion for basic research including space science, 2.5 billion for construction, and 3.0 billion for aviation.
