MAQ-7232 1/72 Ilyushin DB-3F Soviet WW2 long-range bomber model kit
Series production of the DB-3F bomber started in 1940. In 1942, the DB-3F was renamed IL-4. The plane became the most widely used Soviet bomber of World War II and was used in the Long Range Aviation (ADD) regiments, but also in naval units as torpedo and aerial mine carriers. A few DB-3F captured by Germans in the first months of the war against the USSR were sold to Finland.
