From KB-1 the collective of designers was allocated, and organized United Design Bureau - 2 (OKB-2) to which have charged to create a rocket and system of prompting for C-75. New KB has headed R.D.Grushin. There were some stages of creation of system. At the first stage variant consisting of six cabins SAM SA-75 "Dvina" equipped with a rocket B-750 was developed, all which fighting elements were placed on chassis ZIL-150. Since May, 1959 the new variant SAM equipped with rockets with the greater range of flight B-750BH began to be produced in lots. The same year the decision of the government recommended to modernize complex SA-2 and to create SAM S-75B "Volkhov" with the expanded zone of defeat, increased noise immunity and missile accuracy of pointing of a complex with new rockets. The given complex was taken advantage in 1961. Further other updating SAM SA-2 (S-75M1, S-75M2, S-75D, S-75M3, S-75M4), equipped were developed by various variants of rockets B-750 which continue to carry out problems Anti Defence Forces successfully.
