EST-72140 1/72 Bell P-63A Kingcobra fighter model kit
In July 1941 the society Bell proceeded to develop a design which was marked with a symbol XP-63. The first prototype started from the Buffalo airdrome on the 7 of December 1942 and on the test of the third prototype was finished on the 26 of April 1943. The first serial plane left the assembly shop in October 1943. It got his official name Kingcobra' in summer 1944.

The USSR received more than two third of P-63A from 3300 serial machines - 2397 planes. In the first turn P-63A were added to the units previously armed with P-39. However P-63A Kingcobra had no occasion to fight with Germany. They were used in fights during the war with Japan.
