AMO-7255 1/72 Yakovlev Yak-1 Soviet WW2 fighter (early version) model kit

The Yak-1 was the soviet fighter of the new generation. It was designed by Yakovlev's Design Bureau in 1939-1940. In the years of WW2 the Yak-1 in different modifications was one of the basic fighters in the Red Army AF and it was producted in the large series. This kit introduced the Yak-1 of the early series. It mounted the engine M-105P of 1050 hp and was armed with one 20-mm SHVAK cannon and two 7,62-mm SHKAS machine guns.
